You are welcome to our upazila (Sub-Districts) . Panchbibi is a poverty stricken and privileges upazila of Jaipurhat under Rajshahi division in Bangladesh. It stands on the bank tiny Jamuna which is 276 km away to the north of capital city. Panchbibi is surrounded by Ghorghat in the east, West Bengal in the west, Hakimpur Upzila (Sub-Districts) in the north, Jaipurhat district in the south. Here most of the people are indigenous (Aborigines) and poor who are bereft of education,treatment and other civic amenities. The problems which are acute here are unemployment,early marriage,drop out of school,lack of breadwinners in the family,scant income,lack of sanitary latrine,shortage of adequate hospital and clinic,uncontrolled use of drugs. But it is heartening that it is possible to eradicate problems like early marriage,drop out of school,uncontrolled use of drugs by emphasizing on education and treatment creating awareness. Anybody from the foreign donors can work with us if they wish to. We have a titanic social network and a team of volunteers centering Panchbibi Upazila who can contribute to the development of Panchbibi if they can get financial assistance.
